| CFFCME is a body of cooperative education between Maximilien Perret-Gefen High School in Alfortville, near Paris, and the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. The convention, binding the two institutions, was signed on December 16th, 1999 and the opening was on June 15th, 2001. |

CFFCME is run by a French-Chinese joint administrative committee, the director of which is the President of BUCEA and the vice-director the superintendent of Creteil School District. The daily functioning of CFFCME is operated by a French-Chinese team.
CFFCME is thus a public body ruled by Chinese laws. |

Initial training ：Training for Higher Technician Degree in HVAC
Organization of technical conferences for "professionals". At material manufacturing companies' requests, we organized conferences on heating, air-conditioning, energy savings and the protection of environment in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Xi'an.
Organization of technical conferences for students.

CFFCME is set in the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, in building #13. Its surface is 800 m2. Our centre owns 8 technical platforms equipped with efficient materials in real functioning conditions. The different platforms are "Floor-standing Boilers", "Wall-hung Boilers", "Air-conditioning", "Hydraulic", "Ice Production and Storage System", "Steam", "Electricity", "Domestic Air-conditioner". Those 8 platforms are connected together. It is possible to make trainings, both theoretical and practical, on one type of material or on the whole network. |
