We provide "one-company" trainings:
For this type of trainings, their contents are discussed with the companies and thus adapted to their specific needs. We have already trained several hundreds of technicians.
We also provide "Multi-company" trainings:
For this type of trainings, their contents are defined in advance and proposed to all companies we have contact with. The ones interested in it contact us and send us the number of trainees they wish.
In order to provide a quality education, the number of trainees is limited to 12 by class.
◇ Putting a platform at manufacturing companies' disposal, wishing to train their staff by their own training person.
Manufacturing companies can rent one CFFCME platform, and train on them their distributors, their staff or their customers.
When training persons are foreigners, we can provide translation services. |

| Initial training |
Since 2003, CFFCME works in collaboration with the Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture and Maximilien Perret High School to train Higher Technicians in HVAC in 3 years.
Each year, we recruit 70 students having taken the Gaokao (Degree before entering university in China). During the first year, the students follow basic training courses (mathematics, physics...) at the BICEA. In the second year, they follow an intensive training in French, technical French and Technique in French at CFFCME. At the end of that year, a selection is made by a French-Chinese jury. The chosen students spend their third year in Maximilien Perret High School.
During this third year, they are provided with an intensive technical training and they follow a training period in a company in France. Thus, the students can obtain a French "Higher Technician Degree" and a Chinese "Dazhuan".
After their three years of study, the students are able to find a job in design institutes, in manufacturing companies, in maintenance companies. They are able to install, to operate and to do the maintenance on different types of heating, air-conditioning and refrigerating systems. |

The 1st promotion finished its three-year course. Some of the students having graduated in France continue in Professional Degree (3rd year in university) or in Master in several French universities. The others came back to China and most of them work for foreign companies. |

| Organization of conferences |
◇In collaboration with several European manufacturing companies, we organized conferences on European heating systems in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Xi'an. We presented there the modern European techniques to a public of officials, promoters and architects during the first half-day and to design institute technicians, bureau of maintenance and engineers during the second half-day.
◇We set up the same conferences in several Beijing universities, presenting the European gas-heating systems to students for them to be able to integrate this new knowledge and use it later in their professional activities.
◇We also organized conferences on electrical heating, on energy savings in the field of construction, and its new regulations.
◇We organized or participated in conferences designed for French companies on the steps to follow for construction in China, the norms concerning laws on energy savings in construction. |

Writing of technical books |
At the manufacturing companies' requests, we wrote manuals entitled "Wall-hung boilers", "European individual gas-heating system", "European collective gas-heating system", "Electrical heating system"as well as practical manuals designed for technicians in our field of work.
Within the framework of an Asia-Invest project for the " Theory and Practice of Energy savings in Apartments and Office buildings" training, we translated the training manuals.
We have just published a 150 page book entitled "Energy Efficient Heating System in China" in which we present the European materials, efficient in energy, and the means to use them while respecting Chinese regulations. |

Translation and technical interpreting services |
We provide oral translations for companies doing their training on our platforms thanks to their European trainers and we also translated many technical instructions. Thanks to our staff, both qualified in technique and French, CFFCME is able to provide a quality professional translation and companies having benefited from it complimented us for our work. |
