Training for Trainers April 27-28, 2009
The commission of orientation of HVAC specialty in Chinese university had organized in UCEAB the training of around one hundred university teachers. This training had for aim to increase their skills to organize pratical works for students of license. For this, a team of Chinese and French teachers had explain in theory how use technical platform, and after teach to this teacher how realize "example" of training on the CFFCME's platform.

Intelligent Green Building Exposition March 27-29, 2009
The french stand, representing ADEME, AFD and FFEM, was managed, during the three days of exposition by the members of CFFCME. This stand emphasize the pilots projects realized by the Sino-French cooperation in the field of housing in China.

CIHE Exposition February 26, 2009
The CFFCME organised the coming of french and chinese experts for a conference about efficiency energy in bulding during this big exposition in Beijing.

Welcoming Official
On the February 19, 2009, CFFCME welcomed in his office a mission wich participated Mister Jacques Saint Marc, delagate of the president of the steering committee on Sino-Chinese agreements on sustainable urban development, Madame Lydie Reynaud and Mister Loïc Batel from MEEDDAT, Ladies Legrand ant Lecardeur from the French Embassy in China.

Training
During one day, in march 2008, the students from the International French High School of Beijing, have followed a training about the savings energy on the buildings and the renewable energy.

Interclima 2008(International Heating, Refrigeration, Air conditioning and Sanitaryware Exhibition) in Paris
From 5 to 8 February 2008, CFFCME attended Interclima (International Heating, Refrigeration, Air conditioning and Sanitary ware Exhibition)held in Paris. We met our former partners and took many contacts with new friends in order to develop our new projects. French companies are very interested in the establishment of our new platforms, which will be equipped in Beijing for training on renewable energy and control of energy in the building. The existing facilities will be complemented.

A New Cooperation
Agreement
On
November 26th 2007, a new cooperation agreement on renewable
energy and energy savings was signed between the Beijing
University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and Maximilien
Perret High School.
This
agreement consists in implementing training and promoting
actions as well as demonstrations in the field of renewable
energy. For this purpose, a lot of pedagogical equipments,
disposed over more than 400 m2, in a building which will be
rehabilitated to comply with present thermal norms, will come
and complete the present installations of the French-Chinese
Training Centre for Energy-related Professions (CFFCME).
Moreover, the University of Marne la Vallée, member of
the “ Competitiveness Pole: City and long-term mobility”,
just joined the Administrative Board of the CCFCME.
The
new fields, which will be addressed in the CFFCME, will be
photovoltaic solar production, solar heating and
air-conditioning, ventilation, Construction technical
management, heat pumps, wind energy, co-generation...
This
action is already supported by institutions as well as several
industry executives, aware of the importance of training for the
development of their activities in China.

The
seminar « Implementation and investments of energies’
control »
On
April 5th, 6th and 7th 2006,
CFFCME organized the seminar « Implementation and
investments of energies’ control » in Chengdu on behalf
of the French Development Agency and the National Commission of
China for Development and Reform. The aim of this seminar was to
promote energy efficiency, i.e. demand regulation, efficiency
improvement, renewable energies promotion, through Chinese and
French examples of control actions organized by sector, and
through French financial aid for implementation.

Asia-Pacific congress
of French Teachers
From
April 27 to May 1, 2006, Mrs Fang Xiao Yu and Mr. Thierry
Devillier took part in the French Teachers’ Congress of
Asia-Pacific Zone : through the example of the CFFCME
educational cooperation, they showed how professional training
can meet the requirements of European companies operating in
China and Chinese companies working with Europe, while also
fulfilling the expectations of Chinese students regarding the
job market.
In
June, Mr. Guo Quan took part to the French-Chinese seminar on
technological and professional training, which was held in
France and organized by the CIEP. |

Training
for the technical managers
From
April 10 to 21, and also from October 23 to November 4, 2006,
the technical managers of CFFCME were pleased to welcome two
trainers from the Maximilien Perret High School, Mr. J. Arbo and
Mr. E. Denieul, who shared their knowledge in solar energy,
ventilation, cogeneration and household refuse incineration. At
the end of this training, a solar training room was installed. |

Welcoming
officials
On
December 15, 2006, the CFFCME welcomed a mission from the French
Education Ministry, represented by Mr. Le Dévéhat, Head of
Department for Promotion of Technological, Technical, and
Vocational Training, and Mrs Hissard, First Secretary,
Technical Cooperation Attaché of the French Embassy’s
Department for Cooperation and Cultural Action.

On
the invitation of organizers of the World Conference on
Renewable Energies (GWREF 2006), the Chief Executive of the
French Agency for Environment and Energy Management (ADEME), Mrs
Michèle PAPPALARDO, and the Head of International Action, Mrs
Dominique CAMPANA, were in Beijing from October 22 to 29, 2006.
On Monday, October 23, the Chief Executive of ADEME was welcomed
by Mr. Thierry Devillier, the Head of the CFFCME, and by Mr.
Zheng Wentang, the President of Beijing Institute for Civil
Engineering and Architecture, which is the university were the
CFFCME is located. As a result of this meeting, some ways of
improving the collaboration were found, especially the necessity
of coordination between different French organizations working
with energy in China, and the need for them to attend
exhibitions and seminars on energy, energy efficiency and
renewable energy sources in China.

Training
course for technical
From
December 11 to 19, 2006, a training course for technical hotels
managers was organized on refrigeration and its storage,
air-conditioning, electricity and steam. |

Seminar
in future
On
April, 10 and 11, 2007, the « Seminar on High Efficiency
Quality in Residential and Office Buildings » will be
organized by the CFFME on behalf of Tiger company during the
2007 CIHE exhibition in Beijing.
|
|
DaZhuan/BTS
training groups
The
first and the second group, with 23 and 26 students
respectively, all passed their diplomas : BTS and DaZhuan. In
2006-2007, 31 are continuing their studies at French
universities and 12 found jobs, some of them with European
companies active in China.
The
third group continues in the Maximilien Perret High School.
